I remember my mom telling me a story that back in 1969 there was an episode of something huge flying around the office building downtown St. Louis. Her dad worked at city hall and he had come home telling her of what was going on.
I'll see if I can find the old paper clippings on line...
It gave the same description as the one coming from Va.

I'll see what I can find.

Not yet... Been to busy.. My mom died a little while ago and haven't really done much of anything.. Will look now that I have time. St. Louis Post-Dispatch... See what I can dig up...

I know the feeling of losing a parent and it is a very difficult thing to overcome.
